    Fabulous

Opposite an internet café and two coffee shops, pizza hut and MacDonald's

The AC was not working after speaking to the reception they informed me that they are changing the AC from cool to fan as its winter which is very strange as they weather was not cold plus you can't sleep with the window open from the noise as the cars are on the street till 2 am. They changed us to and executive room but the AC was the same.

    Very good

I liked the renovated room. I stayed in two different rooms - at the beginning of my trip to Egypt and at the end. The second room was 100% better than the first. The second room was clean and new.

I stayed in two different rooms in this hotel. The first room was terrible. Very old bathroom is horrible condition. Old dirty carpet, old worn out funiture. I only recommend this hotel if you stay in a newly renovated room. (I know this looks like a complaint.)

this hotel was overlooking River Nile and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is very bad and I don't think deserve more than one star, a/c not working, room dirty, has nothing to do with hospitality services.

    Exclusive

Flamenco Cairo is charming boutique hotel with Nile views from rooms & restaurant in one of city's best sections, the Zamalek with tree lined streets & quaint shops. Excellent corner room. I much prefered it to the Hilton. It was in a much better part of town, so much more charming, intimate, and personal at half the price. Just lovely, I would stay there again. We liked it so much that we selected another Golden Tulip hotel in Carthage, Tunisia.

Smaller hotel that had some local flavor, comfortable. Room was large with a sitting room, good breakfast, nice value.

    Street noise

    Good

The location is good and the staff are extremely kind and helpful.

It's very shabby and expensive for what it has to offer.

    Good

it is good enough for city trip but obviously not 4 stars

hotel employee copied my credit card in separate room and I could not see copying. May be he took copies of both sides with CVC code and now I have some safety concerns

    Very good

It is extremely elegant and retro. it is like stepping into the 1950's in cairo . beautifully maintained.

    Superb

In 15 years of doing business in Cairo I always stay at Flamenco... It is more like my home in Cairo... Rooms are tidy (but dont expect something fancy), the location is central so most basic services are reacheable by foot, and traffic jams getting to other parts of Cairo or the airport are rather reasonable due to the central location of the hotel...

Unfortuantely, the quality of the internet is not as good as it used to be

    room confortable

some of services wasn't good and at time

    Good

I was lucky to be upgraded to a Nile facing room. The view was excellent. The bed sheets crisp. Toilets sparkling clean. Towels soft. Basic toiletries in place.

Service is terrible. I called up room service to place an order. The phone was never answered. After 7 minutes of holding the line, I gave up. Small bar which tends to get pretty busy and noisy in the evening. Breakfast is standard fair with nothing much to write home about. At 99$ a night, I found the hotel to be expensive by Cairo standards.
